Not a barista but some small coffee shops have regrettably informed me that their machines cannot make an oatmilk cappuccino. We sometimes make our own almond milk. Can we use non dairy milk with these machine?

A: Thank you for asking! All of our products that are sold in the United States are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage only.

Q: Can I make just a cup of hot water with this machine? Can I only make one cup at a time for beverages?

And we would always recommend utilizing the machine for its intended purpose to maximize its full potential. But there is definitely no harm in using this machine for making hot water. Q: can I wash the entire milk frother with water and soap or just the container?

You may rinse and wash all parts of the milk reservoir container and lid thoroughly with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry well. Q: I bought this machine a few years ago (online i think) & I’ve moved a few times since & I lost the plastic piece that goes inside the frother, so my question is , WHERE can I get the little plastic piece ? Or can I buy a replacement somewhere ???
