Q: Does this cleaner remove writing from walls like sharpie, crayons, highlighters and pens markings?
A: Thanks for asking! While this has been tested to break through dirt, soap scum, and more, we have not tested against permanent markers or inks. Q: Can this be used on granite countertops?
A: Great question, Leona! Yes, our Multi-Surface Concentrate can be used on sealed granite. We'd recommend doing a spot test in a small inconspicuous area when switching cleaners as some are known to not work well together. Q: What is the dilution ratio for this? I don't see it on the photos of the labels here.
A: Great question! For mopping floors, use a ratio of 1/4 cup cleaner to 1 gallon of water. For a spray bottle, use a ratio of 4 tablespoons cleaner to 1 cup water – then wipe the sprayed surface with damp cloth to remove any excess cleaning solution residue. – Brooklyn, The Caldrea Company
