I love a gentle hand soap that lathers well enough to wash hands.

This concentrated hand soap cleans hands thoroughly every time with a pleasant scent! When I bought my first refill bottle, I was surprised how small it was. But it lasts as long as a larger bottle of a different brand because it’s concentrated.

This soap smells like basil , but has a bit of a musky smell. It works well in general. Sometimes, I do need a second round of soap. This is consistent with the Mrs. Meter’s brand. Maybe because is an earth friendly product?

This scent is not for me. It smells like something has gone bad and always makes me think something weird is sitting in my disposal before I remember it’s this soap. Definitely try to smell in person before buying- I’ll never make that mistake again. Additionally, the jug is a poor design for refilling. Soap wants to collect in the handle, and it’s difficult to get the last bit out of the tiny hole in the cap. Why isn’t Mrs. Meyers using a bag for refills like others? Could possibly knock the price down a bit by saving on all that heavy plastic. It does work nicely as a dish soap, but I’ll be trying other brands before coming back to Mrs. Meyers.

Basil is one of my favorites with a scent that's not overpowering. I also look forward to their holiday scents! Can't wait!

I cannot get past the smell of this soap. It lingers after you rinse your hands well. It does not smell like basil, it has a very strong, ugly, perfume smell.

I love using Mrs Meyer's Clean Day liquid hand soap in many scents. Basil is my favorite for our kitchen. I really appreciate the refill option to make sure my hand soap container is always filled up. I took away 1 star because the single hand soaps are 12.5 oz and the refill is only 33 oz. Would it hurt the manufacturer to increase it to 36 or 37 oz??

I like being able to refill hand soap dispensers with Mrs. Meyers, but when pouring out the hand soap, some of it is difficult to get out when it seeps into the handle of the jug. Love the scent and the actual product though. Packaging could use some work.

I really love this hand soap. I have been using it for years, and it doen't dry out your skin. While I enjoy the seasonal scents, they are sometimes a bit strong for, and the floral ones (while nice) make me sneeze. Not so of the basil scent, it is consistant and by far my favorite.

Favorite scent. Isn’t overpowering. Soap doesn’t dry out hands either. Wish it came in a bigger container.

I initially liked this hand wash because it came in a bulk size, which I thought was a great value. Now that I've been using it for years, I've actually become very attached to it. It leaves my hands feeling soft and clean, and it's not too harsh. Don't stress too much about which scent yo choose—the fragrance is subtle and not overpowering, which I think a lot of hand soaps do poorly. I use this at every sink in my house and can't imagine ever switching.

This smells nothing like basil and does not suds up.

This is the best all around Mrs meyers scent. It’s very clean and fresh smelling and works wonderfully in the kitchen. It is also gentle and doesn’t cause redness and burning and flaking skin on me like the lavender did
