A great soap as per usual, but just a heads up that this has no actual lemon scent! It has a more grapefruit top note with a floral undertone (like jasmine or gardenia) that lingers for a long time after use. Not unpleasant but not a lemon based scent if that’s what you’re expecting (like I was)!

I'm a fan of Mrs. Meyer's products, and I'm usually willing to try a new scent. I especially like citrus scents. Lemonade is no good. I don't get any lemon. It is just a perfumey, floral scent that is NOT good. It is a scent that I do not like lingering on my hands, it is that bad. I put it under the sink for emergencies only. Proceed with caution. I recommend smelling before purchasing!

This soap has a lovely perfume scent, but zero lemon. I’m a huge lover of lemon, so I’m bummed this one didn’t deliver on that. All in all, a great smelling soap… but no lemon!

Can’t tell if I just got a bad batch or what but this literally just smells like an industrial cleaning solution and it stays on your hands forever. Awful. I can’t smell even a hint of lemon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] how come mrs meyers scents dont seem as intense & strong & loud & perfumey as they used to be?? i used to choose mrs meyers because it was strong enough to cover up any foul odor. but no longer are they effective as far as odor. their products are now watered down, especially this hand soap. their hand soaps used to freshen the entire house, i can barely smell this :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really disappointed cause i love their lavender & rain water scents but this one is underwhelming, i liked mrs meyers for the powerful strong loud scents & this is like a watered down lemonade, more water than lemon :( not the strong sweet lemon scent i hoped for.. it has a peculiar weird smell to it

Reminds me of wet wipe napkins from my childhood. Falls short of mimicking fresh lemons. Wish they took it a bit more sweetly floral, for a more rounded, less artificially astringent scent.
