the rug is gorgeous, very lightweight and nice feeling. however it shipped rolled up pattern side out in one single thin layer of plastic which inevitably ripped and it arrived with multiple black dirty spots on the rug from transportation. very frustrating and avoidable issue with even just a couple more layers of plastic.
