Excellent morning beverage and with the knowledge that I will not come down from and coffee buzz, which would require more coffee, which the ultimately creates sleeping pattern disruption.

I have been enjoying MUD/WTR for a couple of months. It has become a great replacement for my morning “Joe!” No caffeine headaches or jitters! The taste is spot on, mixing some vanilla “creamer” with it starts out my day on an even keel! Go get yourself some. You won’t be disappointed!

I went from daily 3-4 large lattes with sugar & creamer to one cup of MudWtr a day immediately. I felt the difference on the first day. And the BEST PART no headaches & no weaning off. I never thought it was possible and here I am totally unexpectedly not needing coffee anymore!

I enjoy my morning mud\wtr and notice when I skip it (which is rare). I’m glad to have found an alternative to higher caffeine drinks.

Replaced my coffee for the anxiety. I make a witches brew every morning adding collagen, flax seed oil, honey and a joint supplement. Still tastes great and I feel better! My only complaint is the website is a little hard to navigate to check up on order status. I wish that was better.

Time: I find that I am spending way too much time workin' the cup. I'm not a barista and don't want to baby sit the cup, stirring frequently in order to break up the MUD. Consistency: I don't know if the mud could 100% be diluted with no trace of grime, but if there is a way, I would love to know. Taste: some days I need to sugar and milk it up to enjoy the overall experience. Other days I don't. When it's by itself, no sweet or cream....I cannot say that I love it especially when you are gulping down the grime and grit. Benefits: at first I think I had the placebo affect where I felt more energized....but after a week or two with ONLY drinking Mud Water...well....it just didn't sit well. I drank it for the health benefits more so than the energy and taste. In summation: I really don't know where I land. Do I love it, do I leave it, should I try something else, a similar like product....or just stick with coffee? The jury is still out!

Four decades of drinking coffee on the jobsite First a travel mug on way to work at 5:30 then a second thermos at 10 am break. I introduced Mudwater on weekends to wean off the caffeine - took a few months.My brother (retired Navy) visiting for holidays noticed there were not multiple coffee canisters on counter lolHere we are, now Spring time and realized i had not made a bean purchase in two weeks! Buying the bulk 90 serving bag was a great investment in my husbands health, BP is good and surprise, new to us reduced sugar cravings!

I love the product. I've been using it for a few years and have turned a few friends onto it. I do wish it had a little less pepper or that there was a version without the coco. It turns out that I'm now sensitive to coco and pepper but still want the caffeine. Other than that, this is a great product and I enjoy the daily ritual.
