Soon as I picked up was going to return. Decided the rubber ones with silver or gold metal could be fine ... I tried at home good for me. The little plastic ones hard to work with, I had these in past and can't use, too hard to work with. Earring backings can be hard to find, glad Target had something. In the future big selection on popular well known online site and will order there as had ones I interested in.

The 100% plastic rubber earring backs are constantly falling off. I've lost two 14K gold earrings as a result of this. They don't form a proper seal, become loose after a couple wears, and just pop right off.
