This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been contacting them for over a month just trying to get a replacement cord for this diaper pail, since it broke after 6 months of use. A very simple request. Now (after 15 messages of back and forth; them not understanding what I’m saying, asking for numerous unrelated photos) they’re asking me to mail back the entire diaper pail so they can “look into what happened”? Without sending a replacement? WE JUST NEED A CORD!!!!

I have a love/hate relationship with this thing. I think it truly does mask the smell of stinky diapers, however I want to dropkick it out the window at 3 am when it’s full and I have to slam the door shut to make it stay closed. That being said. 4 stars

The pedal takes lots of force to push down, to the point where it simply doesn't work on rugs. it tips over before the lip opens up. I am really disappointed in this product.

Kid is not closing all the way. They have customer service but it’s taken hours for them to answer a simple question. I just need to know if the item is broken or if the bags are not being added correctly.

The outside box arrived with some water spots, which I didn't think was a bit deal until I opened it and got an overwhelming smell of mildew/mold. The inside box appeared okay, and I figured the smell would dissipate eventually. However it wouldn't even power on and I noticed brown streaks on the bottom of the unit. It's annoying that I have to go through the hassle of returning a product when I am 9 months pregnant.

I never used another diaper pail so I can’t compare but I never smelled a dirty diaper with this in our nursery. I also use the Munchkin UV bags and even when I change out the bags, never smelled anything gross. My friends with babies are always amazed that they don’t smell anything in our baby’s room. It is pricey and I had my doubts about buying it initially but 6 months in, I am so glad I got it

LOVE our diaper pail. You don’t get poop smell at all It’s amazing. We use the up & up trash bags they fit no problem. I shove as many diapers as I can I there and let me tell you the pail holds up it’s good quality.

If you have a two story home, you need this. Instead of constantly bringing your diapers downstairs or even to another room to throw away, use the pail! Its do easy to use, it doesn’t smell, and it’s super convenient

Returned this the next day. It’s a great concept but not executed well. The door on the front does not latch properly so when you shove a dirty diaper in it and close the lid it doesn’t activate the UV light unless you stand there and hold the door shut. Also the foot pedal does not work on carpet. The unit just falls forward.

The closure constantly opens and the pail doesn’t lock in. Doesn’t contain the smell and used to have another diaper pail but ended up trying this one because of the new technology but should’ve hmjsut stuck with my old one. This is simply Overpriced for lower quality and there’s no instruction video on how to set it up.

We received this as a baby gift from a friend. It works really well and no smells so far. We’ve been using it now for 3 weeks and it definitely fills up quickly with a newborn, so we’re changing the bag every 3 days. The foot pedal makes it easy when your hands are full, it’s easy to push the diaper down into the hole, and changing the bags is a breeze. We’ve tried both types of refills, the ring of continuous bag and the snap and toss, but I’d definitely say the snap bag is the easiest to work with. I’m not sure how effective the UV feature is, but it makes me feel better.

It's not worth the cost. The door won't stay shut, which lets odor out. This pail seems to have more odor than the diaper genie it replaced.
