I usually exercise about 2hrs and do high intensity cardio along with weights saw minimal weight loss . About 2-3lbs . Now as far as how it felt well I didn’t feel much energy but I did notice it gave you that little extra concentration to push forward . I also felt slight feeling as if I was hotter than normal but usually wore out .

I have been looking for something to give me energy, focus, less appetite, higher metabolism, burn more calories, and give me less jitters. First, I am elated that I experienced zero jitters. I am very sensitive to products, so that is saying a lot. That is a huge deal for me. Second, within about 45 minutes to an hour my energy increased. I had energy to workout and everyday activities. Third, the product helped me focus. I am usually a bit scatterbrained, but I could focus much better. Fourth, because my energy increased so did my metabolism. I could eat more, and gain less. I am burning it faster than before. Last, I am not as hungry as I was before. I still eat, and can eat more, but I do not eat as often.
