Paid for expedited shipping however did not receive my item in the timeframe. They did not refund the shipping money. Very poor customer service.

Ordered this through Bloomingdale’s website and the picture was the same as what is posted here. Ordering was a breeze especially during the holidays and it surprisingly came so quick but when I opened the package, the feeding kit did not come wrapped in kraft paper and tied with a pretty ribbon. This was purchased as a gift so I’m a bit disappointed. I couldn’t open the actual box it came in to inspect the inside before gifting either because it was packed so tight.
