Mustela Stelatopia Cleansing Oil is a multi-use, replenishing, oil-based cleanser for your baby’s face, hair, and body. Specifically designed for extremely dry and eczema-prone skin, our cleansing oil envelops itchy, dry skin in a silky, hydrating barrier while moisturizing and soothing. The special oil-based formula helps to mitigate the drying effects of bathing, leaving your baby’s skin soft, supple, and comfortable. Simply apply the fragrance-free cleanser directly to bath water or to your little one’s wet skin and hair during bath time. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry with a soft towel. Mustela Stelatopia Cleansing Oil is composed of 98% naturally derived ingredients, such as Avocado Perseose to help protect your baby’s delicate skin and preserve its cellular richness, and mild, plant-derived surfactants to gently cleanse. Sunflower Oil Distillate provides lipids essential for maintaining skin’s moisture barrier, while plant-based glycerin keeps skin hydrated and helps lock in moisture for long-term relief from eczema symptoms.

I absolutely LOVE mustela products and my son is 3 now but since he was an infant he suffered with eczema, this cleansing oil has worked wonders yet is gentle and nourishing on his skin!

its over priced but its just as good as other baby oil products, so its kinda mid, 5 star on baby oil quality, 1 star on price.

I tried everything when my baby started having eczema at age 3 months. After discovering Mustela Stelatopia months later, that’s the only brand and product line I use on him. He’s now almost 4 years old and I still use Stelatopia. Of all soaps this Cleansing Oil is the best! It not only gets rid of eczema but prevents it too. People don’t believe my toddler has eczema prone skin because this Cleansing Oil works so well at prevention. I have recommended this to many other parents and they saw the same results. This is the number 1 soap for eczema and sensitive skin.

This is my all time favorite makeup remover ever!! Better than expensive brands!!! Instantly melts all makeup and sunscreen, gentle in eyes, rinses easily and LOVE the scent!!! So glad I discovered this plz never discontinue or change the scent! I highly recommend for everyone!!!

Do a test spot, my son broke out in a horrible rash almost instantly where ever we placed it on his skin. Nothing on the ingredient list that calls out a known allergen. Used a different eczema oil and it helped sooth his skin. Would be curious to know what else is processed on the line they make it on.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand every skin is individual and may have different results. So yes, doing a patch test is highly recommended especially when a new product is used on sensitive skin.

i love this! i use it as a cleanser in the morning or at night if I'm not wearing make up. leaves skin soft and hydrated. i work for a plastic surgeon and have access to amazing skin products but I still choose this as my cleanser for my very sensitive redness prone skin:)

My daughter who has severe ezcema broke out IMMEDIATELY in a rash all over her torso. We added a drop to her tub and as soon as we wiped her abdomen she broke out seconds later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple months ago from my daughter and I still use it however I’m not a big fan it doesn’t lather up very well or suds up very well and you kinda have to use a lot to get your baby clean when usually less is more when it comes to baby products however I will say I like the ingredients and I liked that it didn’t really have a scent and I mean it did get her clean it just seems kind of a waste to have to use a lot of soap for it to work

It leaves my sons skin feeling nourished smooth and supple. It doesn't have a fragrance and it completely cleared a dry spot he had on his knee. I was absolutely amazed because we thought it was eczema. It cleared it up in about 3 uses. This stuff is amazing and you and your baby will love it!

It was kind of hard to find the instructions on the bottle but they just want you to add a couple drops to bath water and I definitely found out why. When it didn't make bubbles I applied more product to my son's bath water and it left the tub feeling slippery after the water was gone. This product definitely helps my son's skin feel softer which is great because he has spots of eczema on him. It's nice that he gets out of the tub with skin that feels less dry and more soft. It definitely improves the condition of his skin, which I am always looking to do.

It makes the skin look and feel smooth. And it helps my daughter with her dry skin. And this is by far the best cleansing oil I have seen in the market. It’s not as soapy but does a great job cleaning gently. There is no oily residue even in my tub. I wish it had a little fragrance. Even without it I love it. It’s a fragrance free .Even I use it one my face my face feels smooth and shiny . A must have product for newborns and ppl who have dry skin. If u prefer lather on skin then probably this is not for you. But I feel we should try out once . It’s a great product that works . Would totally recommend it.

Love that it works well and I don’t have to apply directly on my baby. I just add some in the bathtub water and wash my baby with the water. I love it because I don’t have to apply lotion afterwards and her skin is so soft and hydrated. I definitely recommend it.

We usually use a clean ingredient kids wash for hair, take it easy on the body to not strip so much moisture, and use a thick cream recommended by doctor to help. It works okay, but I was excited to try this! On first thought I was nervous washing hair with this, thinking it might end up greasy. It didn't do that at all (fine haired family here that gets greasy easily)! It has less of a sudsy soap feeling than normal (but typical of a cleansing oil) but goes on well, is thick so it doesn't drip all over trying to apply, and lathers up very well. It feels nice, I don't detect a scent (good for sensitive skin), and it has allowed us to decrease our use of the thick cream post bath. Very moisturing, quality ingredients, and works very well for eczema and dryness. Will buy again for sure!

Stelatopia cleansing oil has been great for their skin. I apply it over their body before shower and after shower, and their skin feels soft and hydrated. The oil rinses out easily from water and doesn't leave any residue on skin. It is hydrating and moisturizing. Nice product!

Ive had to make my own using diluted castile soap for years now. This cleansing oil is great and super convenient. It gently cleanses his skin and leaves it soft afterwards. I cant recommend it enough!
