Nacon does not supply spare parts for any of their controllers. As soon as you have any issue with it after a year, you'll need to purchase a whole new controller. And they will fail sooner rather than later as all controllers do. Wasteful and anti-repair attitude by Nacon. Shop elsewhere. Nacon are deleting negative user reviews as well. How open and honest of them...

Battery lasts a really long time. I like the ability to customize it by adding the weight for taking weights out. You can do custom mapping on it as well would recommend that anyone

It’s held up so far of a rigorous month of testing, no issues. Only downside to this is I can’t for the life of me get this connected wirelessly to my PS5, that’s the only reason for the one star being removed from the rating. Otherwise, love the controller!

I love how it feels on my hands, the extra buttons to improve speed, and the spare parts that it comes with. The battery life is that of a regular controller and the input time feels like that of a regular controller too.

The ability to swap weights and joystick pads adds a nice personal touch. I found the mappable buttons and custom profiles make it great for competitive gaming, and ergonomically, it’s comfortable—though I could see it being bit large for smaller hands. Battery life is great, and on par with other controllers. However, despite being PS5-licensed, its integration is a little disappointing. Haptic feedback and vibration don’t work, and you can’t turn on the PS5 with it. These missing features hold it back from being a true DualSense alternative. If you prioritize customization and control over full PS5 functionality, it’s a great choice. But if haptics and full system integration matter to you, you may want to look at alternatives.

The battery last all day long without needed a charge. The responsiveness of this controller is exactly the same as a PS5 Sony controller, you can’t feel the difference.

It's very comfortable to hold while enjoying my favorite games for hours. The customization options are great you can adjust your joystick height simpley by just swapping them to another height. The sticks feel amazingly smooth. The weight is perfect not too heavy not too light which can be adjusted with the weights. Overall it's an fantastic gaming controller for long gaming sessions.

It can last up to 10 hours of playing time before needing a charge. The foot of the controller looks very similar to the PS5 dual sense. The Back is packed with buttons, with Bluetooth, advanced settings and 4 programmable tactical buttons. They can be very easy to hit when you first use the controller but you can disable those buttons. It can connect to PC as well which is a +. It has a profile button where you can setup 4 different profiles. It feels good in hand and has upgraded grip which is better than the dual sense. You can customize the controller to your liking as far as the buttons and features go and do much more with the companion app. It can give you an edge over other players. It is a very expensive controller so do take that into consideration. I went for the blacked out camo unfortunately they were out. But they do offer some nice color ways. Looking forward to see how this does when putting more use to it through the months.

This controller is very customizable, you can change the weight, trigger pull, colors, and it also has 4 programmable buttons on the underside. I did connect it to my laptop and downloaded the program to do alot of the customizing, it's easy to use and offer alot of options. Though slightly overwhelming at first with all the option if you take you time and look it over it very quickly ends up being whatever you want it for, driving, shooting, and games. The only real issue I have with this is the required dongle for wireless play, I just don't like having to sacrifice a usb port on my game systems for a wireless controller. Other than that it's a great product.
