Q: I did all the steps, polish stays white no matter hot or cold. Also, what color is the polish supposed to be IN the bottle? The one I received is white.

A: Are you saying you need 2 coats of polish. I did that & it doesn't work.

Q: call me on my hotline, doesn't change color. I've put my hand in cold and in hot and nothing happens. Very disappointed as the picture portrays a very different image.

A: Hi there, So sorry to hear you're having issues the polish changing colour. We recommend trying the following steps. 1. Apply one coat of Nails.INC Base Coat 2. Followed by two coats of polish. 3. Finish with Nails.INC 45 Second Top Coat for glossy results. 4. Watch the colour change by warming nails up or running hands under cold or hot water.

A: Hi Mary, it's expiry date is on the back of the polish label. It's usually 24-36 months.

I usually love Nails Inc. I have other color changing polish from them that works great! So, even tho there are a ton of bad reviews I decided to go for it. Nope. Should have listened to others bc this is NOT it. I went with the pink to white color. It goes on white, and changes the faaaaaaintest pale pink with cold water. I was handing out popsicles at an event today, and it was still barely noticeable. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the punishingly hot temps this summer ruining the polish while it was in transit, but this is basically just a white polish with a touch of baby pink. This one is going back :(

Does not change color. Tried hot water, cold ice, UV exposure. I didn’t even add a top coat just in case that would mess with it. Nothing worked. Will return. 😭

This product is a lie. Purchased both blue and pink color changing nail polishes both come out white and never change color despite temperature. Sat in the sun to let the supposedly pink one change and nothing happened

Doesn't work like pictures show. It does change colors in cold water to the palest of pinks. So pale you can't even tell unless you put you hand by something that is white. My daughter is so disappointed that it doesn't change to a pretty bright pink. Total waste of money.

It does not work - AT ALL. And whoever came up with it (thinking that it would work) should have reversed the process. Like who wants to stick their fingers or toes in ice water to see the change. Now if you went out in the sun and it changed that would make a lot more sense and be less painful to enjoy. This is a massive failure though - save your 6 bucks It does have a nice brush and goes on well see photo of VERY slight difference of color between my toasty toes and my frozen ones

I bought this for my grand daughter, and we couldn’t get it to change colors. We followed directions to a tee. My advice is don’t waste your money on this item.

I figured I would try it. After purchasing I read the reviews. I figured it wouldn't change colors, but at least the nude was pretty. After painting my nails I had ice cream, and the hand holding the cup changed colors!! I suspect if I held it for longer it would get darker. Not sure how long they will last (chipping wise), but at least they change colors. Oh, and I didn't put on a top coat. Next time I'll try with a top coat and still see if it changes.
