Q: We received this full size mattress and it is extremely hard and uncomfortable. We purchased this mattress prior, only it was a queen. The green is comfortable, but the full size is not comfortable, why is this? Will probably have to return.

I ordered two of these in a size Twin XL. After opening them, I knew right away they were not truly Twin XL. I let them expand for two days and they are horrible. They are size Twin and terribly uncomfortable. Reached out to the Target Partner directly and have not received a response. Spoke with Target customer service and was instructed to take them to the store for a refund. That's great, except for the fact I drive a small car that cannot fit 2 twin size mattresses. Overall terrible experience.

The full size mattress is extremely hard and not comfortable. We received this mattress in the past, but it was a queen. The queen is comfortable, but the full is not comfortable, not sure why, it did seem to be packaged odd though...?
