Q: Does the pasta sauce comes with it
A: No, there’s no sauce with it. It’s a very nice low carb noodle substitute. There’s some water in the bag and you have to drain and rinse it before you heat it. We had it with our favorite jarred pasta sauce a couple of times. Another time we added it to hot broth with some left over cooked veg and made ramen type soup.
