Good product for the money. The wood has a veneer (not solid wood) that I was not aware of when I purchased. Legs are still pretty sturdy and should hold up well.

I’ve been searching for chairs to compliment my mother’s dinning room set. I had my eye on these for months, but was unsure of the color. I ordered 4 back in November and they were perfect!! I needed to order 2 more to complete the look. I incorporated tradional and modern look. Beautiful together. The chairs are a perfect height and seating is comfortable. Not difficult to assemble at all!

I looked for a long time to find some comfortable chairs with style to update our dining room table. Shopping online can sometimes be tricky but their website was thorough in dimensions and images that were true to what I received. I really love the woven texture of these chair backs. It adds interest to the room without being too overwhelming or busy. The faux leather will be easy to clean and the cushions are an added comfort to our previous wooden chair. I initially ordered 4 and after putting them together (easy assembly) the family feedback was so positive I order 2 more to finish off the room with a cohesive look. There was a small issue with one of the chairs and after reaching out to your customer happiness team the problem was quickly (very - I might add) taken care of. I am very happy with my purchase and will shop Nathan James first, next time I’m looking to add pieces to my home.

I had high hopes for these chairs, and while there are things I like about them I cannot say I would recommend them. They mostly assembled okay, although there was one chair for which a long screw would not tighten - it just spun and spun. We believe this was a manufacturing flaw. We really like the height of the chairs. The seat is a little higher than a lot of other dining chairs I looked at, which was a factor in our decision to purchase them. I am, however, disappointed with the quality of the upholstry, which I doubt will clean up easily or hold up well. Brand new the fabric has a bit of a pucker or wave, not the taut fit you'd see with real leather. It feels thin. I know for the price I shouldn't complain, but overall I am a bit disappointed.

I love our new dining chairs. I needed an affordable stylish options for our dining room table and I needed 10 chairs total. These chairs match my dining table perfectly and provide an elevated traditional style for my space. The charis are a great height and have a firm cuishioned seat (but not so firm it is uncomfortable). The seat itself is much wider than I expected, in a good way! Assembly was also quite easy. My only feedback would be that I can foresee the ratan snagging some delicate fabrics in the future, however that hasnt happened yet. I'm looking forward to showing off our new chairs at Christmas this year!

Beautiful chairs. Assembly is a pain. Simple but still a pain (15 minutes each chair). They are not very comfortable (The seat cushion is hard), but they look fantastic. I really like them and I can’t imagine anything I would like better at that price point.

So cute! Was nervous about ordering online because I wanted to make sure they were comfortable but lucky for us they are! I bought a dining table separately and had the hardest time matching the color to my brown/grey table. These are PERFECT! The instructions are straightforward and keep it fun (yes I said fun).
