Q: Why am I not able to see Saturn's rings? Even with no light pollution and great weather great weather I still can't see it.
A: Thanks for your question! The clarity of the rings on any telescope is highly dependent on the upper air disturbance. Although at times it may seem calm on the surface, activity in the upper atmosphere can cause the image to be distorted (looking blurry). We recommend trying this when the upper air is clear when Saturn approaches Zenith (straight overhead). Location is also a determining factor due to elliptical path of the planets, the path might not reach above 40 degrees, the closer you get to zenith then you decrease the upper atmosphere disturbance. Hopefully this helps you but if you have further questions please reach out to our technical team so that they can help with your particular situation, they can be reached toll-free at 866-252-3811. Enjoy your telescope!

Q: How far can you see other gases and stars in the sky and how well can you see it? Does it work well or is it more of a toy for younger children?
A: Thanks for your questions. You can see planets, stars, galaxies and nebulas but it depends on your location and how much light pollution there is, which would determine the clarity. This is a fully functioning introductory telescope that works well with seeing planets, stars, and galaxies, we hope you enjoy it!

Q: Is there any where I could look at all reviews? It looks like it only gets 2 stars, that's pretty low. I'm really unsure if this would be good enough for a 10 year old?
A: You should be able to see all submitted reviews on Target's website by clicking on the "Reviews" ratings. There may be some people that submitted a rating without a full review. This telescope is an introductory telescope that is ideal for a 10 year old. You can see features on the moon and it is lightweight with a nice tripod feature. There is a large knob to make focusing easy. Good luck!
