Severely tangled and caused matting in my hair after 1 use. I would not recommend if you are African American or have curly hair. I lost hair as a result.

This conditioner is fine so far! The fragrance is pleasant, but I really wish the product was fragrance free. I will note that I've never had a conditioner that makes my bathtub quite so slippery... As soon as I apply the conditioner, I'm slipping and sliding for the rest of my shower. I don't get it...it's not like I'm pouring it on the floor. No other conditioner has had this effect.

This scent is unisex. My whole family uses this product. I feel it does a nice job conditioning, but not weighing down, my daughter's and my hair. I feel I had to use a little more conditioner than with some other products, but not to the point where I think we'll use up the bottles at too different of a rate.

I conditioned with this for a couple of minutes and the result after normal drying and styling was unusually thin wispy dry brittle flyaway hair. Serious damage that will take months to fix.

Used this till I experienced hair loss so much that i stopped using it altogether and switched back to my old cheap brand. Then my hair loss stopped. This native brand relies on cutesy fragrant False advertising. Smells great, feels clean, but is bad for your health. What a shameful scam. Please avoid this whole brand.

Super disappointed, the formula has changed and they’ve now started adding terrible chemical/arfticial fragrance, and a lot of it. This shampoo used to be very mild smelling, now it’s a complete perfume bomb. Instant headache in the shower. If I can’t return it this is going straight in the trash.

Used native shampoo and conditioner religiously for 6 months, using no other products alongside, within 3 months of using I noticed small clumps hair loss when I’d wash my hair, now 6 months later I can see areas of hair missing when I always had lots of hair. Never used heat protectant oils or other hair agents using this duo (have used this & the coconut vanilla scent) so I will no longer buy their products because I cannot attribute the hair loss to anything other than this brand.
