There did not work for me at all. I've had a headache for the 4 days I've been taking them. I don't recommend at all. I've taken others and they work just fine but this one I don't recommend it it puts you to sleep but you wake up guaranteed a few hours later and then you're up the rest of the night you also wake up with a headache. I'm bummed I thought all melotonin would work but it doesn't. I don't know what's In them for them not to work or what's not in them.

My husband was having a hard time falling asleep and these were a game changer in helping him sleep through the night. The taste is not the best imitation strawberry but it’s not horrible.

It just feels like I'm tired enough to fall asleep and wake up with no hangover feeling. I do love that it is time released to help keep me asleep through the night. Packaging is easy to open, but it also includes a childproof cap. Now the taste, it tastes so good!! No chalky taste at all.

Don’t think I would go Into that deep sleep stage. The taste isn’t great but not the worst I’ve had. Packaging is fine… maybe could be a bit smaller? Again, didn’t seem to work too well for me but everyone is different.

Thank you, Natrol, for being cruelty free and not testing your products on animals. Melatonin doesn't help me sleep as well as CBD does. However, I had better results with these gummies than other melatonin supplements that I have tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many different brands for melatonin over the years. Some were better than others, but there was always something I wasn't fond off. In gummies it was usually an odd taste or weird texture. These gummies from Natrol might be the closest thing to perfection I've tried. These taste as good as regular candy gummies and don't have a hard texture like those from Olly. These come on subtle within 30 minutes and perform really well throughout the night, and I don't have the hangover feeling in the mornings.
