Natrol Carb Intercept® with Phase 2® Carb Controller, 60 Veggie Capsules

Notice that the important ingredient phase 2 carb controller complex is now reduced from 1000mg to only 730mg (no changes to other ingredients)? Not too happy with this. :( Is this to cut cost & will this reduce its efficiency?

At my age (45) I felt like no matter what I did the weight wasn’t coming off. These gave the the kick and I started to see results.

I feel it helps curb my cravings so I dont over eat all the carbs like I really want to. My energy seems to have increased. I just notice an overall feeling of betterness with these. I don't have any side affects so far...been only taking for a few weeks. There is no taste or doesn't give me the runs (which some carb blockers do). I would recommend it for sure and may try others from this brand.

I have not changed my diet or exercise plan so that I would be only testing the one variable (using the Carb Intercept vs not using it), so I'm uncertain it really does anything. But it is also possible the 5 lbs were due to the supplement. Might be worth a try if you're into vitamins and supplements.

It is always hard to say if a supplement is working or not, but I can at least say that it is not causing any problems. I think that the Carb Intercept has been helpful in my new weight management program. Weight loss has been modest (4 lbs in a month), but that is better then a normal fall and winter when I usually put on weight. Part of my seasonal affective disorder is that my body craves carbs when the weather turns cold and sunlight is limited, but this year the cravings have been easier to resist. I think the Natrol supplement is helping with that.

Though I haven’t been using this product for very long, my clothes are feeling a little looser with no change in diet or exercise. I started by taking one capsule before eating a high-starch meal. Since I have experienced no side effects with the half dose, I recently began taking the recommended two capsules. Still no side effects, and I expect to see even looser clothes with the recommended dose.

I have used this for many years. I do like some carbs and this seems to help when I do go on a carb overload. Very happy with this.

I've tried many different brands of starch blockers containing Phase 2 and most of them are ok but this is the one brand that I see a noticeable difference when used properly. Although this is not a Swanson's brand product, I can tell you that Swanson's price here is better than at the worldwide store who promotes the lowest everyday price in my area.

I didn't really get anything out of using this product. Didn't seem to affect me one way or the other and for the cost - it just doesn't seem worth it to me.

I've been using this product for a few years. It has been a very good component of my overall exercise and weight management program. Swanon's price is also very good compared to its competition. I recommend it highly.
