I came across these when I was doing some research for my husband's anxiety. Not only did they help him along with supplements etc. I also bought the GABA chewable as well. They help all of us. The kids with finals, performances, sport competitions, me with daily things. Its great for maintenance, if you're a little wound up, before bed. Just, like with any thing don't over do it.

Love to take this before I go to bed to quiet my mind. Whenever the little hamster starts running in its wheel, I take half a 100mgs and it slowly comes to a stop. Like the flavor too.

I can carry these chewable tablets in my purse to have with me at all times. Also I think the chewable form allows them to get into my sytem faster for quicker results. And I trust this brand.

My son takes this for behavioral issues and it appears to help plus it is in a chewable format! His doctor was impressed that Swanson's carries a chewable version of this. It makes getting those morning meds down so much easier!
