Natural Fiber NF747 Area Rug - Safavieh

Bought new. Arrived USED, filthy like someone owed it for years. Soiled, full of black dirt dirty around the edges. It’s heavy!! now I have to return it. I’m very annoyed

I purchased as an entryway rug, but, unfortunately, it’s just too thick for the door to pass over. I waited a few days to see if it would flatten out some on the edges, but the chunky knots make the pile uneven and it won’t work for that space. Had some sharp, dried plant matter fallout when unrolling, but the smell dissipated after a few hours and wasn’t strong enough to need airing out outside. This rug would be perfect for an entryway if your door can open over it because it will catch a lot of shoe debris like a doormat, but it is very scratchy and prickly if placed somewhere you won’t have shoes on to protect your feet. It would look nice with another rug on top of it to protect feet in the house. Great buy at a sale price, but I wouldn’t recommend buying at full price.

Excellent in design, materials and workmanship but I didn’t want chunky effect so returned. If you want chunky, this is fantastic item.
