I ordered two identical rugs. They were both on my same order. They did not work out so I printed out the return bar codes and took them to the store for return. Customer service scanned in one of the rugs and the amount for one rug went back to my credit card. Customer service scanned in the second rug, but the system refused to accept it. No one seemed to know how to fix this. They could not even issue a store credit. They told me to call customer service. I had already wasted more than an hour with this return. My time is worth more than $40 per hour. I told them to keep the rug and donate it to charity. I walked out. I cannot shop at Target ever again until or unless this matter is resolved. It's a matter of principle.
