I originally bought this for anixety/stress, but it seems to really help with sleep quality! I take a half dose about an hour before bed and it does seem like I sleep better and wake up more refreshed. The flavoring is also pleasant. I use a bit of warmer water to help the supplement dissolve and then add ice and cold water.

I bought this product to help with pregnancy leg cramps etc… I normally am exhausted by the end of the day but after taking this the past two nights I’ve been awake all night long, full of energy and no sleep. My legs are cramping and my head is pounding. I only took half a teaspoon. I definitely doesn’t work for me.

I didn't expect it to be DELICIOUS.. I'm the calmest I've ever been because I can't stop drinking this stuff. I love the fizz it has to it. It's like getting to enjoy a guilt free soda. I thought it would be gross. Usually things that have health benefits are icky. When I run out I'll totally be buying another jar.

At first I was drinking this in the morning for better health. Then I discovered that by drinking it in the evening in a hot cup of tea that I fell asleep quicker and stayed asleep. I can tell by my overall health when I don't take it. So my body does need the extra magnesium.

This Natural Vitality CALM Raspberry Lemon Powder tastes great and is so simple to enjoy! It has a tart lemonade flavor with no after taste. I tried the drink mix right before bed (it takes seconds to dissolve in water) and feel like I slept more deeply/soundly after using. I would absolutely recommend and will be enjoying again!
