Naturally Flavored Lavender Vanilla with Other Natural Flavors Light Roast Ground Coffee - 12oz - Good & Gather™

Wasn’t terrible, but had a slight bitter taste. I like black coffee and ended up adding creamer to this one. I use a French press and use 2-2½ tablespoons for every .5 liters of water.

I was really hoping I would like this as I love lavendar. But even after I opened it up the first time thought the smell was a tad off. I didn't taste any of the lavendar at all and a chemically flavored vanilla to it (wasn't it supposed to be natural flavors?). I didn't have any more of it for about a week (was using up a different coffee for a while) and it looked like spider webs in the grounds. Emptied it today and the coffee was literally stuck to the plastic container and had to scrub it off; wasn't sure if it was the plastic or something else in the grounds. I have had this container for years using all kinds of coffee before (flavored and unflavored) and even used other flavors of this brand, but this is the first I've ever had with a container and coffee. Hoping I can get a refund or something as I sure don't want to drink whatever is causing that.

I love lavender, but this tastes more like perfume than actual lavender. Gross. So gross. I normally give coffees I don't like to a friend, but this one? I threw it out. I couldn't do this to him.

I was very excited to try this flavored coffee, and I was a little disappointed. When you open the bag, the scent is AMAZING, and it also smells really nice when brewing the coffee. However, the scent fades away and it's hard to perceive/taste when you're drinking the coffee. I tried two different brewing methods: Regular coffee maker, and French press. I got similar results with both. YMMV.

I don't drink coffee often, but I love lavender and vanilla. I was going to buy the starbucks ones, but this one was less expensive. It smells AMAZING. I don't like black coffee, but I took a sip and thought it tasted fine. I could taste the lavender and, to a greater extent, the vanilla. Then I added vanilla creamer and it tastes good! Definitely better with the creamer. I am not a coffee snob at all so I can't comment on what other people are saying lol

I love lavender in coffee, macaroons, cookies, etc. I thought this would be great. But it is so gross. Tastes like perfume or soap - but not even lavender soap. I get no lavender taste at all from it. Just an icky, weird, taste. I couldn't finish a single cup and won't drink any more.

This does not taste like lavender. The Starbucks Lavender Vanilla coffee is much better.

This flavor is not good, tastes like neither vanilla nor lavender. Kinda spicy…? Had to mask the flavor with flavored creamers to drink it. Overall wouldn’t recommend

Ought this as I love lavender and figured I would give it a try. Had a cup yesterday and it was okay. This morning I went to set up my Aeropress and the plastic container I always store my coffee in had a white coating on it. I washed the container and it appears that the white coating is etched in the plastic. I have never has any problems with other Good & Gather products and they have always been wonderful until now. Sad that my OXO container is ruined as well.

Bought this brand instead of Starbucks for personal reasons. I don't taste any subtle notes of vanilla or lavender. I have had lavender coffee before at a coffee shop shop and it was super tasty. Maybe whipping up my own lavender cream and putting on top would give me the flavor I be am seeking. Missing the mark in my opinion.

The coffee itself is decent, but there is nothing remotely resembling lavender, only some vanilla. It's mostly soapy to me. I waved the bag in front of my daughter the first day I tried it, and she said it smelled like the dumpsters near the school. I'm not sure I got garbage flavor out of it, but I'm pretty disappointed. I should have smelled it in the store instead of seeing lavender and grabbing it excitedly.

Put the coffee into a clear container I use to store my coffee. Overnight the container has a white film discoloration on the inside and is getting more dense and consuming the container.

If you wanted lavender to smack you in the face, this is not the coffee for you. The flavor to me was pleasantly subtle and a little sweet. In my batch the vanilla wasn't overpowered and the lavender had a nice floral note. I really liked the honey back flavor too. Overall it's a mild coffee but that feels like an extravagant treat for a fraction of the cost. It didn't taste like Grandma's living room but was a comforting reminder that spring is on the way.

It honestly tastes like purple play-dough, and it even leaves a weird waxy feeling on the roof of my mouth. Not good at all, sorry

Great timing with all the lavender drinks coming out this spring. I love that it's naturally flavored and doesn't leave that artificial aftertaste. Will be buying this again.

This coffee is amazing! It’s such a soothing blend! It makes you feel like you’re sitting in a rocking chair overlooking prairie grass. Please bring this back next season or make it permanent!

ZERO stars should be an option. Worst coffee ever purchased. Taste was a funky forest. I had one cup and dumped out the rest of a cold brew batch. The ground coffee stained my clear high quality storage container, with a cloud of residue. Disgusted I drank this knowing that it could damage plastic container.

Lavender coffee is absolutely bombdelish, l don't think I'll ever drink regular flavored coffees any more, l just wish it was more readily available in all stores, sadly Merced ca, doesn't carry it in their target store,so unfortunately l had to wait anxiously a whole week for a shipment of 4,but to me this coffee is well worth the wait, they say on the app that it's a limited edition .l certainly hope that they keep it in their stores and in full stock readily available, cause lm definitely hooked on this Lavender coffee!!!!!

Was pretty excited to try this but is not it. Not picking up any lavender flavor or even essence. Instead has an aftertaste of the inside of the bag. Extra disappointing.
