I got this cereal just to try and it taste just like one I use to eat in Jamaica. The red and white cereal. This is the only cereal I really ate with lasco but I was too expensive. When I found this cereal I was excited so now I always get nature path because it reminds me of home.

Great taste, good value, not frosted or too sugary. Excellent for when I'm too lazy or too pressed to cook hot cereal. Flakes are thicker and more substantial than typical Kellogg's or similar standard corn flakes. Good with milk, coconut milk, soy milk, and add some chopped raw nuts for extra nutrition.

I'm avoiding sugar so these have become a nice go-to for me. I kinda thought they tasted like baby food initially lol and I didn't like them but after trying them a second time I found them to be good. It's very hard to find any cereal without added sugar (Even Cheerios has it!) so this is a good find. It doesn't taste like traditional Corn Flakes to me. What I do like is that it's not overly sweetened with the pear juice as I prefer to taste the natural corn flavor.

OMG the BEST corn flakes. I even use pear or other fruit juice like Apple instead of milk when I can't eat milk that day on my allergy food diet. Even eat these dry, no other stuff, as a treat to nibble on when I need a snack. Just the right amount of flavor and crunch to satisfy me.
