A re-sealable canister of gluten free steel cut oats. Steel Cut oats are whole oat groats – the entire bran, endosperm and germ, the three components that constitutes a whole grain. They have been cut up into small pieces and cook on the stovetop in about 20-25 minutes and have a nice hearty texture. Steel Cut oats are great for making a hearty oatmeal, with a nice nutty aroma and thicker texture.

The quality of the product is quite evident after it is consumed. Imagine preparing steel oats now that works with your digestion system. I no longer have to worry after I eat Nature's Path gluten free steel oats. It is so easy to prepare and a recipe printed on the eco friendly container for peaches is delicious along with the gluten free steel oats. I keep my opened Natures Path gluten free steel oats in my refrigerator. The box I open does not last long! I have to keep additional boxes in my pantry. The very nutritious bowl of Nature's Path gluten free steel oats will boost my energy level slowly throughout the morning until my lunch at noon. I also recommend adding thin slices of a fresh apple with the peel on. I am not a paid endorser. I am a health conscious individual who will buy in bulk 6 boxes of Nature's Path gluten-free steel oats for a discount and also will purchase another product to qualify for free delivery if I want that.
