Because it is instant, I can prepare my breakfast with organic raisins and hot-pot boiled water for a low calorie, healthy meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it because it has 6 grams of fiber, only 1 gram of sugar, and 0 grams of sodium. It is easy to prepare in microwave. I eat it six days a week for breakfast with fruit. It tastes good too.

Due to a bad fall recently I had to take painkillers and muscle relaxants. I wanted to eat more cleanly while I was convalescing, so my son's mother-in-law brought me a box of Nature's Path oatmeal. I especially liked the instant quality since my movements were very limited. The taste and consistency delighted me! I had been a consumer of the more commercial brands in the well-known grocery chains and now I am a devotee of Nature's Path brand. For variety I add a small banana, some blueberries, a few walnuts, or a teaspoon of real maple syrup. Bravo! No gluten, no added sugars, I'm so happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a big fan of the original oatmeal (sole ingredient rolled oats) and was sorry that they were no longer available. So I was delighted when the Limited Edition oatmeal came out (sole ingredient whole grain rolled oats). Then they became impossible to find so I went to Natures' Path and bought 12 boxes. I received original oatmeal (sole ingredient whole grain rolled oats), in a red box with an image of berries in the oatmeal, NOT the Limited Edition box. It says on the box New Look - Same Great Taste". But it is not the same. The old original and the special edition were/are creamy, the "new" original oatmeal is more nutty and not as absorbent. So it's on a par with all the other organic instant oatmeals I tried and did not like because they were more nutty than creamy. And I have 11 more boxes of this "new" original to go through. A bit of a bait and switch. Not impressed. Will look elsewhere when I run out of this supply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the 'Regenerated Organic Oats' primarily to make my morning porridge/hot cereal. After cooking with raisins, prunes, dates, cinnamon sticks and fresh nutmeg for two to three minutes it produces a 'smooth texture' with a great taste. It's great with OATLY oat milk!
