There is Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid all in one tablet. This vitamin is in caplet form with a smooth surface, no coating and easy to swallow and it's not giant. There are no artificial flavors, added preservatives or added colors and they are gluten free. These are now a staple in our home.

It does have a little smell to it but I didn’t mind. Taking this daily has made a pretty good change in me. I do like that it kinda helps with my energy levels. Would definitely get again

The size of the caplet was not huge and didnt have a weird taste. Very happy with how I feel after I take it . Gives me the energy I need in one caplet

I saw my doc for a checkup a few months ago and we got to talking about the b12 shot and if it might help. She recommended that I start taking a vitamin B6 supplement so I began looking at my options. The Nature Made B-Complex was appealing because it not only has Vitamin B6 but Vitamin C as well. I’ve been taking it daily for almost 2 months and have noticed an improvement in my energy level. I’m not as tired anymore and I believe it’s helped with my immune system. Some family members were recently sick and normally it passes through the entire household but I was able to avoid getting the sickness. I’m really happy with the results I’ve experienced and will continue to take this supplement daily.

It is a 2 for one of good things for your body! It is amazing how the B helps convert food into cellular energy while the C is a strong anti oxident supporting your immune system!

I’ve only been taking this supplement for a short while (2 weeks) and haven’t noticed any real effects, marked improvements, significant benefits and/or major changes as of yet.
