A: I answered my own question. When I enlarged one of the label pictures, I was able to see that the colors are naturally derived.

So glad that gelatin (animal product) is not used in your gummies; however, I prefer a chewable (NOT gummy) - ONE pill per day that can fit in my pill container. (By "chewable", I mean something like TUMS Chewy Bites). I really don't like eating all these gummy pills!! They don't fit in my pill container, and get hard after awhile.

Why did NatureMade change a good thing? When my last bottle of these calcium gummies emptied out a month ago, I enthusiastically bought two of these bottles. To my dismay, this new formulation arrived and looked different. The old shape was more circular and concave. The new shape is flat and the colors aren't as vibrant. I thought, well maybe they just changed the shape and it still tastes the same. Nope. The gummies are bland, pasty, and no longer fruity-tasting. The old flavor had a nice tang to it. These just taste like eating paste in a gummy form. I'm returning the second unopened bottle and hope I can get a refund on the first. Otherwise the open bottle goes in the trash.

I didn't realize phosphorous can cause kidney and heart issues in excess. This gave me severe gas, stomach ache, and muscle soreness after only 2 days, which I looked up its a side effect of too much phosphorous. Get Sundown Calcium softgels instead at cvs.

What did you do to them? YUCK. These are sticky, harder, and taste like medicine or just taste icky … especially the orange ones. These have been a steady in my supplements for several years and I really enjoyed eating them as well (REALLY liked them) BUT I do NOT like the new formula at all. I will be finishing my current bottle and returning my unopened one to the store. Now to find a replacement… please consider bringing back the old formula that was softer and tasted like candy!

These have changed recently. I've been taking them for years and they have had such a great taste and appearance. I just got a fresh bottle and was not impressed, first of all, with how they look. The purple ones are more gray. Second, the taste is horrible. I will not be purchasing these again unless they got back to the original-ish formula. And, I will be throwing the bottle I have away! Don't buy these!

My teenage daughter and I have been taking the Nature made calcium gummies over the past two years. They were the only ones that tasted great. That changed recently when I ordered a new bottle and realized immediately that the formula was changed. It has a very chalky and unpleasant taste. My daughter won't even try it again after gagging from the first time when after opening the new bottle. I agree with the reviewer who said "why fix something if it isn't broke". I'll be looking for a new calcium gummy unfortunately. Please bring back the original formula.

I've taken these normally delicious gummies for years, now. I have no idea why it needed to be reformulated, but the texture is now hard, and the taste closely resembles black liquorice. Normally I can choke down anything, but I will probably toss the bottle; it's that unpalatable.

These gummies used to be a tasty little treat that would help you to take your vitamins. Now, they are revolting and I will have a hard time finishing the opened bottle. There is only a hint of any flavor and the texture is offputting. I wish I could just swallow them instead.

Unfortunately, Nature Made changed the formula to this vitamin and the taste is very unpleasant like something “un-natural”mixed with a chalky substance in a tough gummy form. The appearance is dull and faded. I actually thought I purchased a bad bottle. I purchased this product at target because of the sale price. I have used this product for years but will dispose of this purchase and search for something new. I am hoping Nature Made will go back to their old formula. Thank you.
