You have to use this type of supplement for a while to see anu visible results. I can say I don't notice any type of taste, even w water. I'm not a fan of the consistency but it's drinkable + will buy more once finished. I appreciate the sample but too soon to notice any results.

I enjoy that it is unflavored and I can add it to my morning coffee without changing the flavor or mix it with a protein shake. The only real complaint is that it packaging is much larger than need be, yes it shows on the container how full at actually is (about half full) and they should consider making the container smaller or adding more product.

It is unflavored, so you definitely don't want to drink it in water (like I mistakenly did), but rather mix it into a hot beverage such as coffee. The container is also only about half full (as pictured), which is a little deceiving on the quantity you are getting as well as wasteful on packaging. You do get a whopping 10 grams of protein per serving (one scoop), which is a pretty decent amount. I do wish it was flavored and able to be consumed on its own, but will try again with coffee. I could definitely taste the little grainy calcium bits which floated to the bottom, which may have been less noticeable in a flavored beverage.

Every now & then I'll find some great supplements that won't put a dent in my purse. Thankfully when it comes to collagen I found a great brand that is also very effective as well as priced great for the quality it presents. I got the flavorless so I can put in my hot cocoa as well as my daily cups of coffee. I can't taste it at all but I am able to see my skin improve, my hair & nails! Ahhh yesss please!

It has collagen peptides and biotin as which are great ingredients to add to a smoothie. I ended up mixing this in my blender with strawberries, spinach and almond milk with this powder to make an amazing health smoothie. There were no issues with the taste or texture, it blended right in. I have been using collagen regularly but I love how this adds biotin to get additional benefits I need.
