This is an excellent source of Omega-3. What makes it outstanding is the burpless feature of it. I always hesitated to take fish oil because of the fishy burps after taking one. This product completely eliminates any "fish burps" after taking. Very happy to have found these.

I’ve been taking these for about two years. In the last week, I’ve thrown these up twice. Ha! And I’m not pregnant. In the last two weeks, I’ve often felt queasy after taking these. My doctor recommended that I take 2000 mg twice a day. These are easy to swallow. Occasionally, I have fish burps.
It doesn't list how much DHA is in it.

They combined DHA and EPA doses. The fact is, you could be getting 450 mg of EPA and just 50 mg of DHA. You don't know the ratio because the bottle doesn't list it. I prefer their fish oil to separately list each. There is a recommended ratio of EPA to DHA.

I gave them 5 stars because I had nothing bad to say about them, I also put one in water just to see and the gel did dissolve after awhile , so it's getting in you. I got these for the higher mg's, and cheaper in bulk, No fish burp's or anything, And will last awhile. Can you tell if fish oil is helping you out, I don't know, I take a bunch of the main supplements, so all together, probably so, my numbers from the blood draw at the doctor's are always good.

I've tried a lot of fish oil pills for the health benefits, but have never had as good an experience as I had with these. It seemed like they were high quality, and I definitely didn't get the gross burps that normally accompany fish oil pills. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use. These would be a wonderful supplement and is a good way to get fatty acids if they weren't so hard to swallow. This softgels are huge and to get the recommended serving, I had to swallow two of them. These would be much better if they were smaller. If you already have a hard time swallowing, I wouldn't recommend these. The packaging states that these are "burp-less" which is pretty accurate. I had no issues with a fishy burp or aftertaste. I personally will not use these due to not being able to swallow the big sized pills. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I really enjoyed taking the Fish Oil. After a few weeks I noticed some benefits in it, it also didn't have a fish-y after taste. I enjoy Fish Oil and it really has helped improved my overall wellness. It is a great vitamin to add to your everyday regime.
