The very strong smell of ammonia prompted me to throw them out. Others became sick due to high ammonia in tablet.

This is smaller and easier to swallow than other brands of magnesium. It doesn’t break apart in your mouth.

I've seen exercise guru's like Denise Austin do commercials for this brand and I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first , but after trying this magnesium it does what it's supposed to do. I also notice I am a little more relaxed and focused a little while after taking.
