A: We recommend following the suggested use as stated on the label of your product. However, if the tablets are difficult to swallow, the tablets may be crushed and mixed with yogurt, applesauce, or a beverage that is not hot. Crushing the tablets, that are not time-released or enteric-coated, does not affect the potency of the product.

I put one in my morning smoothies. My favorite, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and a banana. Plus two teaspoons of flaxseed and oats. By blending it with my smoothies I can’t take the pills and I don’t feel nauseous.

These landed me in the emergency room with pill esophagitis. I have never had issues with taking pills before and never had any irritation like this before. This is my only new pill I’ve taken so it is the culprit. I’m so sick. Never taking again.

I’m about to order my second bottle as I just finished my first one. You must take these type of vitamins after you’ve digested a full meal! I usually wait until lunchtime digest for about 30 and then take one. If you’re just eating a salad or a piece of fruit forget it because you will be sick. I’m the type of person if I were to take this on an empty stomach, it would come right back up. and if you don’t eat something heavy for lunch, then you may wanna wait until you’ve had a larger meal at dinner time. A lot of people say take it with the meal. My opinion would be after the meal once your stomach is coated with food. I knocked a star off because they are on the larger side.

This is an affordable multivitamin that is only one pill per day. After taking these for a while I've noticed my nails are less brittle. I have found the best way to take them is at night with or after dinner. It must be with a meal or you will get nauseous.

Wow take care of the reviews! These seemed like a good value, but the nausea when taking these was awful for me. I couldn’t find a way around it no matter the time of day or following a meal they always triggered a nauseous feeling for an hour after taking them. Definitely recommend having a back up plan to give these away if they don’t work for you.

I have to take this with not water but juice etc because it tastes so bad. I also feel sick if I haven't eaten enough that day. I dread taking it and sometimes actively skip it if I'm not in the mood. I am finishing the pack, then never again.

I love the amount of different vitamins in this multivitamin, most multi’s don’t have as many vitamins in it as this one & its affordable, I have to take many vitamins daily & this helps me not need to take a ton of different supplements as majority are in this. I really do feel like this has been helping with my energy levels. However I do not recommend this to people with sensitive stomachs it has a BAD aftertaste and makes me gag a little when I swallow. Sometimes it can upset my stomach a bit but taking it at night with a snack before bed helps prevent that, I would not recommend taking this in the morning or on an empty stomach. Overall despite the taste I will keep buying it, doesn’t seem to be many products on the market that can compete with this. If I find a gummy vitamin that has all the same vitamins in it as this I would buy that instead though but I have not found that.

I couldn't tell you if they work, but my doctor tells me to take a multi, so I do. Even if I take them with food, in the first 30 minutes of taking these I'm pretty nauseous for about 5-10 minutes. It wears off, but I'll probably find a new brand after I finish this bottle. I like that it has a decent amount of iron and calcium.
