Q: I read where one of the reviewer’s said it is even chewable. Is it nasty when you chew it? I would love to be able to chew it instead of trying to swallow those horse pills, but I don’t want it to be nasty if I chew it.
A: The product is designed to be swallowed and not chewed.

Q: Can you cut in half?
A: We recommend following the suggested use as stated on the label of your product. However, if the tablets are difficult to swallow, the tablets may be crushed and mixed with yogurt, applesauce, or a beverage that is not hot. Crushing the tablets, that are not time-released or enteric-coated, does not affect the potency of the product.

Q: If calcium inhibits absorption of iron, why are both in this supplement??
