A: There is more in it than potassium alone. So the whole pill is 550 mg, of which 90 mg are potassium.

The packaging says, "Potassium (from 550 mg Potassium Gluconate) 90 mg = 2% of the Daily Value. So exactly how much potassium is in one tablet? 550 mg or 90 mg? One tablet = only 2% of the Recommended Daily Value so the RDV is 4700 mg/day for adults. 4700 X .02 =94. So what RDV is Nature's Made basing this 2% value on? The packaging is NOT CLEAR and taking too much potassium can be dangerous. Be more concise, please.

The 550 mg is for the amount of potassium gluconate per tablet. Of that 550 mg of potassium gluconate, there is 90 mg of elemental potassium, from which the product benefit is derived. Thanks for your feedback. We will share this with our Product Team.

Love this! I was having heart palpitations which we decided might be due to a potassium deficiency. Since taking one a day, I feel much better! Too much potassium can cause medical issues so chat with your doctor about supplements first.

The cap of the potassium bottle was loose. Inside, the seal was broken. Some of the pills were broken into small pieces, and there was a lot of white powder inside the bottle. I trashed the bottle and all the potassium pills in it.

Not sure what to share with other buyers? Its just Potassium Gluconate tablets, as any other vitamin stuff. right? Unless, the only other response I may consider would be that it be nicer had these been softgels, personally I prefer and always choose over tablets for easier swallowing. It seemed less bitter tastes too

The tablets are a good size, hold together well and don't have any taste. They get 4 starts for creating a quality product that is better than other brands. However, the average adult needs 3400mg of potassium a day and these are 90mg. An 8-0" banana has 487mg of potassium or in other term, 1 oz. of banana has more (100mg) of potassium than these tablets. What else is weird is that they only recommend *1* tablet a day - 2% of your daily. Because they are well made, I'd recommend them to a friend if their doctor said they should take them.

I’ve been using for two weeks, my potassium levels have increased and my muscle cramps have gotten much better. They’re the size of a TicTac and very easy to swallow (pay no mind to that other comment claiming they’re too big to swallow, they are very small).

Have been taking these for a month, the pills are either shaped or sized in a way that makes them very hard to swallow. It takes a few tries and often a thicker drink to choke them down. I’ve gotten a few stuck in my throat. I’d try a different brand.
