I hate the way they taste. They’re so sweet. Way too sweet. And the texture is chewy but also somehow spongy. I take Olly gummies and One a Day gummies and love those. These are revolting to me.

So, I was really excited to try this because with 15 mg of Zinc per gummy, I could really boost my levels and make sure my immune system is in top form! I like that these have no synthetic dyes like many other gummy vitamins on the market! And with no artificial flavors or sweeteners, you’re getting good tasting and good for you!! I’d definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good quality Zinc supplement that tastes great too!

However, I am horrible at swallowing pills so I am very appreciative of companies that have been making these health boosters in gummy form. They are easy to chew and have a surprisingly good taste. These were very yummy and went down smooth. I haven't really noticed a difference in my immune system as I don't go out much anymore so my exposure is very limited. But it's nice to know I have that extra protection.

Chewable vitamins are like chalk. Gummies, are well gummy. These are a flavored well and don't stick to my teeth at all.

I work in a doctors office doing PCR testing for respiratory infections. I need all the extra immunity support I can get . These are chewy but not too hard and taste like a treat. I just pop two in on my way out the door in the morning to eat with my breakfast. Easy to remember when it tastes so good. I haven’t had any sniffles since taking them so I would like to think they are helping me stay healthy!
