Nature's Answer AF Ashwagandha Withania, Dietary Supplement, 2 oz

A nice product to begin the day. Two dropperfuls is sufficient. It has a good taste or if desired chase it with a sip of coffee or other beverage. Don't forget to shake it up a bit. I like the way it helps me feel in the senior years of my life.

Easy to use. Hoping to continue to lower the stress in my body after surviving covid and suffering hair loss as a result. I am using it my morning cup of coffee.

I use to use vcaps.i didnt like the swallowing so i been using the liquid. This stuff really helps my mood n also my view on life. Taste is good. Been buying this for a year n the taste is always the same .

Nature's Answer is to make this excellent, renowned herbal supplement, Ashwagandha, Alcohol-Free. For me, that's the right answer all right. Kudos to them for that. I like to take natural herbal supplements in alcohol-free liquid form, because it is so easy to simply add a dropper-full to one of my healthy green and/or protein drinks I have daily. I prefer to wash down all my capsule and tablet supplements with one of these drinks instead of using just plain water for that. With herbs like Ashwagandha in liquid form, that just means more capsules I don't have to swallow. Nature's Answer Ashwagandha Liquid states right on the front of their label that it is for energy. Also, I have read from many sources that this world-wide classic herb is reputed to be very beneficial in assisting with the handling of stressful situations. People everywhere and in every era have always needed that. . . . Don't we all, here and now?! Even though I always have plenty of energy, I feel that Ashwagandha is a good addition to my healthy diet of natural, organic foods and supplements. Moreover, even though I cannot pin it down to any specifics in my case, I feel that Ashwagandha Liquid / Drops contribute to my overall good condition, continuous solid energy level, and ability to be unaffected by stress. By itself, straight out of the dropper, this Nature's Answer Alcohol-Free Ashwagandha Liquid doesn't taste good; however, mixed in with everything else, one dropper-full isn't even noticeable. So this is a high quality, user-friendly product that I will continue using. Works for me.

I've been putting ten drops in our tea each morning for the last two months and have been very pleased with the effects. Both myself and my husband are in better moods, are more calm, content and better able to handle stress. I like the drops because then I can control the dose though they're not as convenient. However, the taste is pleasant so it works out fine.
