This is an acceptable product although I prefer the Sambucus drops for ease of use.

Awesome item to carry along when a pill and water is more of a hassle. I am very satisfied with this, and it has Propolis in it - Wow! So nice to be able to carry it with me, and to APPLY it directly to the throat! I wish that the listing showed approximately how many doses or sprays per bottle. I like to be able to calculate the cost per serving of everything; nevertheless, it appears to be appropriate. ALSO, I have not tried this yet, but am carrying it in my purse for when I need it, so I cannot really rate Effectiveness, other than to say that I am very pleased with the ingredients.

My family takes elderberry and we all like the immunity benefits but this is a really handy spray for when your out in public.

Try 5 sprays twice a day to get through the winter season. During summer drop down to the label directions. Taste isn't bad.
