I can never have yogurt or oatmeal plain, so granola is my favorite add-on. The pumpkin and vanilla flavors are subtle but add the perfect sweetness. A little goes a long way also; it's a great value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to receive this product because yogurt and granola is a staple snack for me but this granola is not it. Texture was there but the taste was a bit off. It was weird and had a funky after taste. Super disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i'm generally not a fan of "keto" products as I don't follow the diet but rather use them as "healthier" (ie lower calorie) alternatives when trying to maintain a deficit. either way though, this stuff actually tastes good. the only issue I would bring up are possible digestive side effects if you consume too much of the sugar alcohols. if that, however, is not an issue for you I def recommend.

It keeps us feeling fuller and stops unwanted cravings throughout the day. I like that it is Keto friendly and very low in sugar. The quality ingredients in it makes for a great power packed snack or meal for my kid and family, I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ketola Crunch was delicious! One thing I really enjoyed about this Ketola Crunch was the fact that it was not overly chunky. It was able to be mixed all the way through my yogurt entirely so that I'd have a bit of crunch with each bite. I really enjoyed that. It's so good you can just grab it by the handful and shovel it into your mouth on a hike. It was Sweetened just the right amount and it doesn't spike your blood sugar or cause an energy crash. I try to watch the sugar content for my 3 year old daughter and myself. She absolutely loved putting it on her yogurt after pre-school as her afternoon snack. It was definitely a win in our household and we'll be buying more in the future!

I just wish it was more granola like than seeds like. I usually eat pure Elizabeth and although I think there's room for improvement here, I would def recommend ketola crunch.

The flavors are very well balanced, the granola is nice and crunchy and the pumpkin seeds are delicious. I do wish it was a bit sweeter but that's my personal preference.
