I mixed up 1 scoop of Spiru-tein Energy Meal Chocolate with 2T organic instant dry milk, 8oz cold water and a couple ice cubes In my blender. It came out soooo creamy & delicious! I’m sold on this product. Delish & satisfying.

I'm a morning person and like to get my exercising over with early in the day. The problem is, my body needs "fuel" before I go to the gym, but I can't face fixing/eating "real" food right after I get up. The solution I've come up with is a chocolate shake (aka high energy protein meal). For variety, I flavor it with coconut, peppermint, or almond extract. [It tastes so good that I often have a glass even when I'm NOT going to the gym.] The brand/size can I use retails for ~ $39 here (high cost of living in Paradise), but I order it online from Swanson (often using a discount code) for ~$33, which INCLUDES shipping to Hawaii. What a deal!

I love this product!! Choclate or Vanilla mainly. The trick is rice milk and a blender for the best taste. I like Rice Dream Vanilla, or Chocolate for a richer flavor; soy and other milks seem to be a bit heavy for me. Makes it a breakfast and/or lunch shake with a multivitamin - Spiru-tein is loaded with the good stuff and you don't have take pills :) Plus it's yummy!

I use this in a shake most mornings and love it. I highly recommend the vanilla and chocolate. My mom loves the Cherries Jubilee, but I think it taste fake, and the Cappuccino was so terrible we dumped it, and we hate tossing food. My only complaint is that the scoop is buried sometimes, so I've started hanging onto my old one until I've found the new one.

I have been drinking a spirutein shake every morning for the past 17 years or so. On the rare days i skip it i get tired in the afternoon. Good taste, the chocolate is my favorite. A great supplement especially if you are vegetarian and concerned about getting enough protein.

My son and I love this! Tastes great, but doesn't mix completely with a spoon, although my son does not mind. I use it in shakes in a blender. Has all the vitamins you need as well as extra protein all in one great product. We always have this one in the house, and can't find a better price than at Swanson!

I use this every morning, and I really notice if I skip it. The only downside is that it is a bit clumpy if you don't use really cold liquid with it (I use milk), and you have to stir it fast and vigorously. I think a shaker would be good, just haven't bothered to try that. It is easy on my stomach, and I feel satisfied after a tall glass for several hours after. It has become an important part of my morning regime. The price is the cheapest I have found, even with Amazon Prime.

I have been using this product for voer 8 years now. I have tried multiple flavors and I have to say the chocolate and the vanilla flavors are the best. I drink it plan with almond milk, add it to a smoothie, and even stir it into my oatmeal. Wonderful product.

My husband and I drink this for breakfast 5 out of 7 days a week with almond milk. It tastes great! I add a scoop of a green food powder and a tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll. Mixes easily in a shaker bottle that has the removable plastic screen. This is the best price I've seen.

Mixed thoroughly in a shaker or blender, this powder produces THE best tasting shake. High in protein, but not high in sugar. Great (healthy) way to get a chocolate fix!
