Five stars I like this product I always have it on hand it seems to help my immune system fight off bad germs & gives me more energy . My sister worked for GNC and really promoted this product.

This is the first review I've ever written but I HAD to because I'm doing a detox and bought this to assist with that. However, this DOES NOT act as a colon cleanser which I thought it did. Taking the max of 3 tabs morning and night and NOT having bowl movements. So will have to use their other product the 'super Cleanse" for that purpose. I have yet to experience what benefits this product gives.

This product is garbage and I'm SO disappointed! I was really looking forward to being cleansed and hopefully feeling great. It did absolutely NOTHING for me. I started with the recommened dose and followed the instructions. I was at the highest recommended dose @ 3 pills 2x a day and I got no results at all. After 15 days I gave up and stopped taking them.

This product really works. It says keep adding a tablet until you have 3 bowel movements a day. 2 tablets twice a day make me go 2 X a day, but 3 tablets give me severe diahrea so I am just sticking to the 2 tablets 2 X a day.

We take our fruit and vegetable support formulas for their health benefits and now here is the missing link. Check out the list of herbs in these pills. They seem to make all of my systems work better.
