The pill was small and easy to swallow. No bad after taste. The price point for 2,000 milligrams is great too! These were effective.

It’s both Gluten Free and Vegan and overall I was very happy with the ingredient list. It does not have an odd smell like some supplements have, which was an added bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unless I'm reading it wrong these are cinnamon pills with berberine. From my research these two ingredients together is a common and beneficial mixture. On the back of the berberine ceylon cinnamon complex 2000mg by nature's truth it says it's a 10:1 ratio of cinnamon bark to berberine extract. But don't quote me. Potentially I read the bottle wrong. Either way... This gem, is one of the only ones on the market that I could find with a content above 1500 mg. I can't say these were "effective" in anything but I know that I like the way I feel when I take them. I do definitely recommend taking them with a little bit of food as suggested by the bottle to avoid tummy upset. Overall I would keep this a part of my daily routine unless it starts making me feel icky or isn't showing to be beneficial to my health. But so far after a month that's not the case.
