I was happy about these because it's hard to find Calcium Citrate in higher doses like this, and I was hoping to avoid taking 4-8 pills in a day like I would need to with other brands. However, these pills are SO big that half of them ended up in the trash because the smooth surface started disintegrating too fast, and I couldn't swallow them before they got rough and chalky. I felt like I would choke on them every time I tried to swallow. Only buy if you feel confident swallowing large pills quickly.
