I really enjoy the addition of the Wild Rose Hips and Bioflavonoids as they just add extra benefits. The best part of this product is that there is no aftertaste from the capsule. I really appreciate that. Also is easy to digest as I have not had any issues with that at all.

Cut the pills in half and they're easier to swallow, they've got a faint orange taste, good price for the bottle size and amount of pills you get. I cannot say one way or the other if they're working or not, but I don't feel as run down and weak about 90 minutes after taking them. I'm guessing they help because I feel slightly better. Just an extra level of protection.

My only issue is, these supplements are HUGE! It’s like taking horse pills! I had to start breaking them in half in order to swallow them better.

Just one caplet a day provides me with the much needed vitamin C to help keep immunity strong. It is non GMO and vegetarian friendly. One caplet daily is all you need, or if you wish you can take twice daily. I have been taking one daily and I think that is plenty to benefit me.
