The gel capsule and small size make it really easy to consume (I have a hard time with those large pills!) and doesn’t have any weird after taste issues. Overall, no issues and I would get it again.

But these really packed a punch and I honestly felt more energized and slept better after 2 weeks. They don’t have a taste and are affordable! I will be buying again!

I like the smaller bottle too! But I do wish the plastic label stayed on better so I don’t mix it up with other bottles.
