As someone who is recommend to take a higher dosage of vitamin D3 on a daily basis this is a great product. The vitamins come in the higher dosage size of 2,000 IU’s and unlike other gummies they are easy to chew and have a great pineapple flavor. I couldn’t be more pleased with these vitamins and highly recommend them.

My daughter coight Covid-19 shortly after receiving these so I was able to give them before and during. They seemed to help get her over it all quickly along with other vitamins.

I also take a gummie for biotin so I know how it should taste. It includes 3 added sugars for whatever reason. If you have sensitive teeth these are not for you. You can get these same nutrients in something better.

Two gummies contain 50 MCG (2000IU) of Vitamin D and it is recommended to take daily with a meal. There is NO gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial sweeteners or flavor. The vitamins are non-GMO and are considered vegetarian. There is 4g of carbs, 3g sugar and 10mg sodium per serving and the bottle contains 70 gummies. I love the taste of these vitamin and would definitely recommend them.

This supplement has 2000IU, which is the amount I prefer to take, and it does so in a very tasty, citrus-y package, easy to swallow, that makes it easier to enjoy daily. Granted, the gummy form does add a bit of sugar, so bear that in mind, but this is a great way to get your vitamin D in!
