Easy to swallow pill isnt large so thats a huge plus no weird taste or smell when taking them i love these and will continue to use them from now on. price is nice too there is really no reason for not liking these.

Everywhere it is stated that a women should not take more than 8 mg of zinc daily and for men it’s 11 mg. Why is this still on the market ???

When I'm sick with the cold, I usually try to pop in some zinc cold drops. Now I can build my immune with zinc!

If you have a hard time swallowing pills or vitamins, you do not have to worry about this one, it a smooth, spongy texture. The added vitamin C is a plus, which I know I never seem to get enough of.

The after taste makes me want to not ever take my zinc. But with a soft gel it's super easy to swallow and no aftertaste!

It does not have a horrible after taste that lingers in your mouth & throat, as some others can have. It is a good value for the money.

It's easy to take these daily and feel like I am keeping myself more protected. The only suggestion I would make is to be sure you take this with food, otherwise you will feel nauseas.

They contain 90mg (100% Daily value Vitamin C) And 50mg Zinc (455% Daily Value of Zinc) which are both excellent antioxidant for your immune health & overall health. These are softgels, which are my preferred vitamin, easily and quickly absorbed by your body. The softgels are small and easy to swallow too. This bottle contains 120 vitamins. I recommend these vitamins, I like the the zinc is paired with the vitamin c for better efficiency of both vitamins!
