Nature Valley's Sweet & Salty Cashew bars strike a decent balance, though they don't quite reach the heights of some of their other offerings. However, the sweetness tends to dominate, sometimes overpowering the subtle saltiness that would truly elevate the experience. The texture is a bit inconsistent; some bars are perfectly chewy, while others are a tad too sticky. While they're a convenient on-the-go snack, they might leave you wanting a more nuanced flavor and a more consistent texture. If you're looking for a quick sugar boost with a bit of nuttiness, they'll do, but there are definitely more exciting snack bars out there.

While overall, the product is good, it's awash w/seeds & cereal. I'm left scratching my head in an attempt to find any nuts AT ALL; another cost-cutting tactic, I'm sure!

I've been eating these bars for years; always loved 'em. The cashew bars are/were my favorite. Over the past couple months however, the contents have become questionable. Previously, the cashews were more than prominent. They were largely whole and you could easily taste them. Now however, they seem to be visible in-name only as the bar seems '90%' seeds. From Nuts to Seed, WE DON"T NEED! " 'BURSTING' With Cashews"...I hardly think so. Now, you can only imagine their taste while you! Lastly, the labeling of their plastic wrappers as "Recyclable", and to instruct customers to return them to the store, is nothing short of HIDEOUS!

These taste great - the only problem is that they are listed as 0 potassium on the website, and since they contain cashews, that is impossible! My son's father, with end stage kidney disease, was eating these a lot - several each day- believing they had no potassium, and his potassium got to dangerous levels! PLEASE FIX THIS INACCURATE INFORMATION!

I am extremely disappointed with the recent change to the granola bars we've been buying for years for our office. Not only have they increased in price, but the bars themselves are now almost an inch shorter! this change feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it's unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect to get what I paid for, and this reduction in size is a clear violation of that trust. I hope the company takes notice and reconsiders this decision, or else I will have to start looking elsewhere for my office snacks. I understand how Just Noticeable Difference works and it is an unacceptable tactic.

Other flavors cannot compare. Sweet, salty & crunchy with the sweet taste of cashews. My favorite nut to snack on & these bars are now my absolute go to snack I take with me everywhere. Pure deliciousness!
