This cal mag product is the best. The calcium and the magnesium are both as CITRATE which is more effective. Most other brands use magnesium from oxide. The Boron is an added bonus. .

Many forms of Calcium and Magnesium aren't well absorbed. This is a great product at a great price that will deliver the goods because IT'S WELL ABSORBED!!!

This is the only combination Cal-Mag product I know that's all citrate! For those of us with sensitive GI tracts, Cal-Mag products containing magnesium oxide contribute to serious GI discomfort, and trading in my old Cal-Mag for this one has made a huge difference in my digestive comfort. It also contains boron, which is an important contributor to bone health. Personally, I take calcium more for the energy benefits--it's an extremely important energy source at the cellular level--than for bone health, and wouldn't want to be without it for that reason. This Nature's Plus product is reasonably priced and also comes with independent verification of claimed ingredients. Now that I've found this all-citrate product, I'll be sticking with it for a long time.

Best price for easily absorbed combo of calcium and magnesium.

I wanted to find a product that had both calcium citrate and magnesium chloride. This product has it. A bonus is it contains boron. I haven't found any other products that have the type of cal and mag I wanted. This one does. Thank you Swanson

I did the bio availability test with water and vinegar and these dissolved super fast. Both calcium and magnesium are in the form of citrate. Citrate is much more absorbable than oxides. My favorite part was the little card that came inside showing that they do in fact get their potentices checked.

This is the perfect ratio of calcium & magnesium and is also citrate which dissolves the best for easy absorption. I will continue to get this product at Swanson for the best value.
